I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fractal (Mumbai) in Nov 2012
Interview
Campus selection: written test followed by two rounds of interview. The written test is fairly easy and one needs to score around 90-95% to make the cut. I had two rounds of interview, with both being a mix of case study based interview & HR interview.
