I had a disappointing interview experience with Free2move. I was invited for an interview, but no one joined the meeting at the scheduled time. I sent several follow-up messages and initially received no response. After multiple reminders, the interview was finally rearranged. The interview itself felt extremely formal and somewhat impersonal, with limited interaction or engagement. Considering the company’s image as a dynamic and agile organization, I expected a more professional and respectful recruitment process. Communication and candidate experience could definitely be improved.
