Multiple interviews over a day-long period. Several interviews included 2 engineer/interviewers at a time. I felt very free to be myself and ask questions about the company culture and management. I was given an excellent tour of FreeWave's atypical, domestic in-house PCB assembly facility. The vertically-integrated nature of the companies manufacturing processes was very attractive to me and one of the reasons I decided to leave my last company, where I was otherwise very happy, and take the offer of employment from FreeWave.
