Quick application and scheduling process. Interview was relaxed and comfortable. Very straight-forward about the position and changes that are occurring at the facility. Seems to be a challenging workplace because of this, but should make for an interesting job and positive outcomes in the future. Strong leadership with ambitious goals for the company.
