There were multiple stages of the recruitment process, including online assessment, focus group discussion, and interview. You would be given a case in which you would discuss in the FGD session. Interviewer was very friendly and encouraging, asked about basic questions and past experiences.

Normal and generic interview process with common interview questions. After the interview, there was a LGD session with 4 to 5 candidates in which a case study was given. Candidates were asked to give solution for the problem.

Interview
Applied through university job fair. After passing the resume screening, you'll be invited for preliminary Psychological Assessment. If you pass that assessment, you'll join in FGD on the same day. If you pass the FGD, you'll be interviewed by an HR specialist on tomorrow morning. But after that there are so many steps followed.
