Frontier CFO interview questions

What I found really interesting in the interview was that not only my professional experience was asked, we also talked about my hobbies and what I do outside work. I could tell that the company work-life balance and cares about their employees.

There was an initial interview with People Operations to discuss the role, the culture, and what the company offers. The second interview entailed more technical questions as well as questions to assess your fit within the team.
