Frontier City interview questions

You are in a room with a group, they want to see you interact with others. Make sure to make eye contact and get to know your group before interview starts, made it alot more relaxed during the interview.

There were many distractions during the interview from the HR department. The questions were open ended. They also don't understand why they cannot keep people in the position. They under pay for the amount of responsibility. If you can survive off the salary work the job for a year and double your salary taking the experience somewhere else. This tells me probably not the right place for me.
