The hiring process was kind of lengthy. You apply online then you go into a center take a test with other people. When you are finished and you do well enough you will be asked to interview. At the Interview there are 2 supervisors. They ask a questions based on how you would sell a product. Always start with the most expensive package they tell you about. I was told I failed my interview but then a week or so later I got a call offering me a job. I think that was because Verizon needed to hire in so many for Frontier so normally if you fail the interview you won't get a job offer.
