Interview
- Phone screen: mostly tell me about yourself and the company.
- Coding challenge: Django app. Have to record the process and walk through the solution. Like a youtube video tutorial. You have only 75 mins to complete it.
- Technical interview: 2-3 mins for each question about Python

- Write a shortened URL Django app, including tests. The part to query all clicks each day group by month was tricky.
- 14 video questions, like how did you solve a difficult technical problem in the past, must be details. Teach your colleague a cool Python feature....

Very fast responses and high availability from recruiter. The process was very fluid and straightforward. The only consideration is that the interview is done with Hireflix and I prefer live interviews.
