I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fullstack Labs (Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais) in Aug 2022
Interview
They're not offering you a chance of talking to someone technically. You're need to go under a one-way interview, record yourself giving explanations on a platform without the chance to ask someone whatever you want. Hard no for me.

Question 1
No questions answered, because I didn't have the chance to talk to someone, since it's a one-way interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fullstack Labs in Feb 2025
Interview
Interview with HR, pre screening interview, technical interview, code assesment, I passed everything (the recruiter said).
Then... the recruiter asked me about my past jobs with massive layoff, what happened next? They rejected me based on my past works.
A waste of time, you're warned don't waste your time with this kind of companies
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fullstack Labs in Mar 2023
Interview
After the initial 15 minute interview where they just confirm your background, you get sent a ridiculously long code challenge, where they ask you to record a video of you completing a back-end challenge in 45 minutes, then a front-end challenge in 45 minutes, then 30 minutes to answer 3 algo questions using typescript, all back-to-back. It's simply impossible completing these on time without solving them before recording the video. After all this they still ask you to record yourself answering 18 technical questions. It's simply crazy to ask this kinda "homework" when you just know that you're not gonna be hearing back from them.
