First interview was with the Recruitor . The conversation was really short and concise, about 20 minutes. A 2 Hours Excel test followed with lots of graphs scenarios and interpretation. Although I did not have HR experience I consider I have resolved very well. The feedback was that they decided to move forward with other candidates.
