They no longer even interview you without unreal experience.
They gave me 15 minute and cut me off failing me instantly. Fastest failing interview due to having no UE.
Didn’t even get to the test which I was told would most likely happen.

Started with an interview with HR and a lead developer to get to know me, then they sent me a coding challenge with a 2 week deadline. The whole process took about 2 months.
