Applies on site to 2 positions. Heard back without detail on which position. They scheduled the initial screening call, still no detail on which position. On the call, still no detail. The girl 'interviewing' was completely disengaged, cold, and unpleasant. Only asked to tell her my background. It was a one-way 'conversation' with zero follow-up questions. Told me nothing about Fundera, which role, or anything else. Then asked if I have any questions. I asked 3 different ones, and to each she gave 2-4 word responses. Cold, no extra color, no desire to engage. Felt like she just wanted to get off and be done with the call. From the get-go, I got the sense that she just took the call because it was already on the calendar and maybe she didn't want to cancel. Could be that a coordinator scheduled it and she didn't agree that it was a match, so simply went through the motions. Only lasted 10 minutes. Very unpleasant experience.
