Future Energy interview questions

Came in and filled out a basic app on top of my resume. Met with John, had an easy interview, being personable was easy, he explained the bias of solar tech, and how Future Energy Savers has been open for 38 years privately owned and owns all its property and tools. Being such an upstanding company making around 50 million last years rev. Sounded good. He continued to explain how its a move up or move out operation based on performace and positive backing. Commissions come in to build the hourly range up to above 20/hr also the benefits and days off all seem on track. Advancement is something available all around, and the company is growing. Solid and adaptable.

1 interview. They tell you certain bonuses and make it seem easy but it is actually hard to come by
