First GD. Then PI. Then final round with COO. They take stress interview.
Overall the process is of average difficulty. It was friendly chat where I was asked many questions about my goals and aspirations. I was also given a detailed background on the kind of work that was expected from me.

Initially, we had a GD Round. The topic for GD was "Effect of Demonetization on various Sectors in India" and "Indian Economy after Demonetization and GST". Later, we were shortlisted for the Role of Assistant Department Manager at Hometown. Interviews were conducted and the results were declared immediately.
