My experience with Future PLC’s interview process was very disappointing. Both the recruiter and the team members were unhelpful and seemed unprepared, providing little to no relevant information about the role or the company. Communication was poor, and I never received follow-ups or updates, which made the process confusing and frustrating. Overall, it felt unprofessional and disorganized, and I would caution others considering opportunities here to be aware of the lack of transparency and support during recruitment.
