I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FutureGov (London, England) in Jan 2021
Interview
The interview process took approximately 1 month. The process involved four stages, a screening call with HR, an interview with the Head of Delivery, a task with the Head of Delivery and a member of the Delivery and then a final interview with the Director of Delivery. In general, the process was straightforward and communication was clear. All members of the team were extremely friendly and welcoming - and, at each step you feel that they a rooting for you.
However, despite getting through to the final stages, I had to prompt the panel for a response regarding the outcome - at which point I was told I did not have sufficient experience. It is a rigorous process, but further feedback should be given to applicants (even those who may be unsuccessful), particularly as we invest a lot of time in preparing and undertaking each element of the interview.
