I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Futures First (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Aug 2014
Interview
They had a minimum CG criteria of 6.
First round - 29 minute written test. It had 3 sections, 25 questions each. First section was finding out greater of three options, the options were basic BODMAS operations. Second section was aptitude. Third was subjective BODMAS questions, mainly limited to addition and subtraction.
Around 50 out of some 500+ were shortlisted and we were called for Interview in Gurgaon.
There were two rounds of interview. There were 4 different interviewers, and all asked different kinds of questions, ranging from your interests to what your father does. Some asked puzzles and squares/multiplications. In all the interview process was pretty screwed up. On some basis they short listed some 13-14 candidates for round 2. Again this round was kind of unpredictable. By unpredictable i mean the kind of interviews I read online, was nowhere near to what i experienced.
I wasn't shortlisted for the second round.
Finally 9 candidates were given an offer

Interview
It was very basic hr questions and the mention of c & c++ has backfired badly. He even tested my knowledge of market and how risk taking I am. Also tested my presence of mind and created some real stressful situation for me.

Interview
I gt short listed through the process that was held in college. The first round was a test which consisted of maths questions which required to be solved in a very less time. The questions were basic but it would help if candidate is aware of shortcuts to solve such problems. Once I was shortlisted, the next round was a stress interview in which I failed to convert.
