I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Futurex (San Antonio, TX) in Dec 2015
Interview
The process started with a webinar that talked about the company. It included who the company is, what they make, and the markets they serve. At the end an untimed coding test was given. They emailed a code sample they wanted fixed and improved. After that, there was a phone interview during which they once again described the company and went into more detail about the work environment and answered my questions.
Finally, there was an on site interview which lasted about 4 hours. During this I talked with the with one guy who once again went over what the company was about. After that he asked me to go over my solution to the coding test. After that I was introduced to the project leads and given another coding test that consisted of 10 problems ranging in difficulty with the objective being to complete as many as possible within an hour. After this test, I had a group interview with the project leads. After answering their questions and having mine answered, we talked about the second coding test. In the end I was given a tour of the campus. All and all it was a pleasant experience.
