G-Five interview questions

The interview process is straightforward. First is a phone interview in conjunction with a personality test. The second interview is an in person meeting with HR with a skills and Wonderlic test. The third and fourth interviews are with supervisors and managers. The first tip came upon receiving the excel file with the personality test. The instructions for the file were completely wrong. The test had no content. The choices were on the second tab of the spreadsheet and no one had bothered to code the sheet so that the choices on the second tab populated with the test questions on the first tab. I reprogrammed the sheet, completed the test, then emailed it back. Then, in a subsequent interview, I received the results from the Wonderlic. The interviewer looked at my test and chuckled then asked me how it felt to score too high on the test and that it must suck to be told that I was too smart for a job. I had been interviewing for a Training/Installation and Repair Tech position. I would have figured they would have wanted intelligent people to be able to troubleshoot the technology and instruct the clients how to properly use the products.
