The interview process was very good, made up of 4 stages altogether.
The first stage was with the recruitment consultant and was a general chat about the company, role profile and expectations.
The second stage was with the hiring manager and was a very good open conversation about the organisation, direction and my experience, alongside general conversations relating to culture fit.
The third stage was with the PE firm, to discuss a little more technical knowledge as well as leadership style and stakeholder influence ability.
The final stage was with key stakeholders in the organisation and was a good, open bi-directional conversation about the organisation, some of the challenges they faced and how my experience could translate to helping them.
