GAN Integrity interview questions

The interview process was very good, made up of 4 stages altogether. The first stage was with the recruitment consultant and was a general chat about the company, role profile and expectations. The second stage was with the hiring manager and was a very good open conversation about the organisation, direction and my experience, alongside general conversations relating to culture fit. The third stage was with the PE firm, to discuss a little more technical knowledge as well as leadership style and stakeholder influence ability. The final stage was with key stakeholders in the organisation and was a good, open bi-directional conversation about the organisation, some of the challenges they faced and how my experience could translate to helping them.

While a very lengthy interview process (5 stages + a technical test), everyone was lovely to talk to, and each interview was a very natural conversation (rather than feeling like a Q&A or a list of questions that needed to be asked). There was a large focus on making sure that not only I was a good candidate for the position, but also that GAN (and the position) would be a good fit for me as well. The wait time between interviews was never more than a few days.
