They make the interns interview and hire the new interns, which is inappropriate and unprofessional. The job would have been to just keep hiring more interns. Very confusing and a little sketchy. What's the point of interns if they all just keep hiring more interns?

Interview
They just ask 3 questions. Was not a difficult interview had 1 interview and 5 other people sit-in and observe. A little bit shady, but could be a good learning process.
