The interview started with 3 people on the panel but only one asking questions. Standard interview questions.
I applied on linkedin- the person hiring, mentioned he was very much impressed by my profile and then the skype interview was scheduled.
15 min into the interview, one of the panel member says I am over experienced and I am not eligible.
Very dissappointing.

Phone screening, and giving an offer letter immediately, asked about background and work experience, and any other previous internship experience in the field. Did not seem very interested in background information.
The process involved an online application, followed by a virtual interview focusing on communication skills, role clarity, and availability. Overall, the process was straightforward and transparent.
