Interview
Two different recruiters reached out to me, one via LinkedIn and one via Whatsapp (very odd, not professional at all). The interview was quite easy, but the interviewer could not answer my questions directly (who would I be reporting to, who would I be working with, what are the certificates on). I asked them if there was a chance that you could be hired full-time aka paid employee, based on satisfactory performance, and he said yes, but that typically students prefer to just extend their UNPAID internship for a couple of more months.
I received an offer the next morning, declined it because this seemed highly unorganized and was reached out by another intern via LinkedIn a month later trying to recruit me. One would assume that an efficient organization would have a record of people who apply, interview, and DECLINE their flimsy offers. As many other comments say here: it's an unorganized company, at least in the HR department, of clueless interns leading clueless interns.
Only benefit: got to practice my interview skills

Question 1
How would you describe the full recruitment cycle?
Phone screening, and giving an offer letter immediately, asked about background and work experience, and any other previous internship experience in the field. Did not seem very interested in background information.
The process involved an online application, followed by a virtual interview focusing on communication skills, role clarity, and availability. It was simple and well-organized.The discussion focused on basic role understanding, communication skills, availability, and willingness to learn rather than technical depth. Overall, the process was straightforward and transparent.
