The interview questions are pretty standard and they asked 6 questions in total. They asked questions that are related to the concept of recruiting cycle, multitasking skills, conflict management, previous job experience, and mistakes you have made.
Phone screening, and giving an offer letter immediately, asked about background and work experience, and any other previous internship experience in the field. Did not seem very interested in background information.
The process involved an online application, followed by a virtual interview focusing on communication skills, role clarity, and availability. It was simple and well-organized.The discussion focused on basic role understanding, communication skills, availability, and willingness to learn rather than technical depth. Overall, the process was straightforward and transparent.
