GBSN Research interview questions

I applied for the web designer position online via linkedin and few days later GBSN contacted me to have a face-to-face interview with two people and during the interview they ask a third one to came in. Most of the questions reveal a sort of missing organization/objectives for this position which make me doubt if it was the right place for me. At the end of the interview, they explained the next step, which was an exercise and the conditions, and I decided not to move forward in the recruitment process because the salary conditions were really low. Despite that, everyone was very nice.
