I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GE Aerospace in Feb 2012
Interview
A single on campus behavioral interview, no technical questions. Just ran through the resume and a couple of standard behavioral questions. The interview was clearly intended to be low pressure, and although I wore a suit business casual may have been more suitable. I'd recommend the STAR approach to the questions.

Interview
Recruiter was great. I was asked behavioral questions(What would you do if you had a conflict with a team member, etc.) and then a couple of questions about my resume. The recruiter then asked if I had any questions and we had a 10-15 minute conversation on different areas of the company and such.
