I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GE Aerospace (Lynn, MA)
Interview
Recruiters came to my school and had a networking event. If they thought you might be a good fit they would send you an email after the networking event.
The interview process was easier than expected. Very behavioral based. However, if you have a technical background they can push you to see what knowledge you actually have.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GE Aerospace (Lynn, MA) in Sep 2024
Interview
One online interview through HireVue. I was accepted and will most likely accept the offer. It felt superficial, but it was an easy process and I was surprised they didn't want to interview me in person.

Interview
1 round at college after meeting recruiters at career fair. Interview was with two engineers Fahd were alum from my school. Ended up starting a month later due to COVID.
All behavioral, classic questions like tell me about yourself, how you work in a team, and your best/worst qualities. Two people were there, one was a university liaison and the other was an engineer in training. Both fired question after question, and there was time after the interview to ask questions as well.
