I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at GE Aerospace (Detroit, MI) in Mar 2019
Interview
The interview process was subtle and mainly asked HR type questions. I obtained the interview from the NSBE conference and ensured to input an application before the conference. The interview was one on one and should be 30 minutes long unless you genuinely have an engaged interviewer may it last around 45 minutes as my interview occurred.

Question 1
What was one challenge you faced in a team and how did you rectify it?
All of the questions were behavioral - they want to know how you work with others, how you react to obstacles, etc. It was one round of interviews and was conducted online.

Question 1
When was a time you were given feedback you didn't expect?
A campus recruiter conducted a 30 minute interview and asked several behavioral questions. There were several scenario questions and some questions regarding strengths and weaknesses. Overall I would say the interview process was very quick and efficient process.

Question 1
Give me a time where you took a risk and failed? What did you learn from it?
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GE Aerospace in Oct 2019
Interview
30-45 minutes interview, two interviewers with engineering backgrounds. A lot more questions than expected but nothing out of the ordinary. Overall experience was slightly above average, the interviewers were very nice and friendly. However, I felt the interview process was a bit dry, mostly questions after questions (since 30 min is not a lot for all those questions). Not really like an engaging conversation compared to my other interviews.
