Applied online and offered interview in two weeks. Questions about past experiences in leadership to really find out who I am. GE Aviation is an amazing place to work for as an intern. Innovation is the key. Know your resume meticulously and emphasize your past experiences
It was a friendly environment. It took nearly 2 hours with group case and technical and HR questions. questions were about daily life and personality as well as technical acknowledge
It was not too hard, overall the questions were not very difficult. The first round was a HireVue questionnaire where they asked basic questions in a multiple choice or short answer format.
