The interview process starts with a phone interview during which the person from HR asks you about your career. The second step is the assessment day; it starts around 9 a.m. And ends around 5 p.m.. During the assessment day you are invited to complete a technical test, two technical and motivation interviews and a business case

Technical test: it is composed by 6 questions about design, mechanics, materials and technology, quality. After that there are 7 questions (w-r) about supply chain in specific

Business case: it's a case to study in different team

Virtual meeting, after application online. Interviewers seemed to not care or be interested in the interview. It was earlier in the morning which could explain the disinterest. After the 30 min interview, no decline was sent.

Interview
I met them at the career fair, talked to a recruiter, and applied online for a summer internship. A few days later, I got an email to set up an interview. It was a one-on-one interview, lasted about an hour. It was more of a casual conversation than a one-sided Q&A. Behavioral based questions. Less than a week later I received an email with my offer.
