Interview
you go through a behavioral interview first. Pretty standard questions, this lasts for about 30-45 minutes. You are then scheduled for a 4-hour interview which is broken down into a few sections. Different levels of management spend time talking to you and there's a split of behavioral, experiential, and technical questions. The interview ends with a lunch meeting with a potential peer with whom you can ask any questions about the company culture or local area.

Interview
It was great and easy . Online application followed by three rounds of interviews . First round was more generic but second and third rounds were technical in nature with at least two groups interviewing.
First interview was missed by the company, second interview was a 4 hour interview over half the people were either late or did not attend. I spent only 10 minutes total with the hiring manager. Later when I asked to speak with the hiring manager my offer was rescinded for not being available. Recommend avoiding this company if they are gas-lighting future employees
