They want you to give them a CV. Then they invite you to talk with HR. 15 min. interview tops, with very basic questions. Since they are still working on expanding, getting into the company is relatively easy.

I sent my CV to the company e-mail. Then I received an invitation to a video interview, which consisted of 5 questions. The questions were not difficult, they included my knowledge of the company, my experience and hobbies.
