GEOAmey interview questions

I had to do an online psychometric test and then an interview based upon the test results. The interview questions were very repetitive. The salary is just over minimum wage the job vacancies are advertised every month due to staff leaving as per the reviews yet they make it so hard to apply for the job. None of it makes any sense. The management seriously need to look at the whole process.

Starts with a Phone screen with a recruiter followed by Psychometric evaluation done online, Teams Interview with two employees followed by in-person interview at their office in Bellshill. Offer subject to DBS checks.
