GEOAmey interview questions

Was quick and easy they will hire anyone but the company is not good to work for management is awful so are some of the colleagues. Straight forward interviews do a 5 weeks course but what they teach you on there is not what happens in real life

I had to do an online psychometric test and then an interview based upon the test results. The interview questions were very repetitive. The salary is just over minimum wage the job vacancies are advertised every month due to staff leaving as per the reviews yet they make it so hard to apply for the job. None of it makes any sense. The management seriously need to look at the whole process.
