15 mins in person interview and competency test after with theory and practical part, bit like the NPLQ exam, with timed swims, first aid, and water rescue particularly spinal injuries, the practical test is done with groups of 4-5 people

Interview was fine, didn't get good vibes from the people though. The receptionist was very blunt and unhelpful and the interviewers never smiled, but the interview itself was good and the swim test was easy.
