Finished two interviews in two days. They made me wait for WEEKS without giving me any explanations. Later found out that they just wanted to offer a position to someone who can come to the office although they promoted the job as REMOTE

I was interviewed via zoom with two people through a staffing agency. They passed on me because they felt like I would not be able to tell customers"NO". After 15 yrs of experience you would have know that I have had to tell someone "NO" at sometime. They should have just asked that question instead of asking me every other question except that one.
