Contacted my a employee to set up phone screening via email. She missed the interview and apologized wanting to set up an appointment the next day. Was very unprofessional as I confirmed with her and she never called me as scheduled or followed up. Insulted, and wouldn't consider working with them. One of the worst experiences as a job applicant

Hiring process was very smooth. Interview was not difficult because it was for an unpaid internship position.
