I emailed my resume, got called back about 2 days later, was interviewed over the phone by Jill who was very friendly, She asked about my customer service background and told me a bit about the company and how it works. I was hired that same day.

Asked if I could be friendly and act as if I was in the actual office
They contact you, ask you questions about yourself and previous experience an how can you contribute to the company. They want to establish that you will do a good job with client interaction.
