I applied for this job position on LinkedIn. The HR Director, Katie McConnell, emailed me regarding my application, and we scheduled a phone interview. I did the phone interview with Katie. We talked about my background and the work environment at Gallina LLP. I also had a face to face interview with one of Gallina partners on the following day.

Interview

The interview consisted of a sort of "round robin" set-up: Each of the candidates (there were about 8 of us) met with a different interviewer for roughly 20 minutes. Once our time was up, we traveled to the next interviewer, and so on until all candidates had met with all interviewers.
