Interview
It is a smooth process. Every detail will be emailed to you. They really do a background check on your previous work and how well you performed in it. So you must prepare your 3 character references, and it must be who you directly reporting.
The interview process was very straightforward and well-organized. Each stage was clearly communicated, and the expectations were explained in advance, which made it easy to prepare. The entire process took almost two weeks, as the turnaround time between each interview step was very fast. Overall, the experience was smooth, efficient, and professional.

One of the main things they asked about was my job experience, including the specific responsibilities I handled and the impact I made in my previous roles. They also asked about my key skills, particularly those relevant to the position, and the values I look for in a company, such as collaboration, growth opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
