Pros

Back then we had some games every month or at the office. The camaderie was great we also had team buildings every 6 months or so. Perk of the job is the day shift that ends early. You can also schedule your RTO as you see fit, flexible. Career growth just kept balanced, people get promoted They have fully embraced AI so that's a good thing, they don't expect devs to know everything but expect that AI will help them to know what's needed to do the job

Cons

Probably the uncertainty in making sure jobs won't be eaten by automation or AI The management team is great but if you're not part of that then you cannot be sure if your job can be automated by AI. The team is collaborative but they won't help you in making sure you meet your goals, so be careful to keep meeting your goals

Pros

* loads of potential growth and experience * DYI learning or on the job learning * learning and development fund * off site gatherings

Cons

* no proper on boarding * selective transparency with your growth and potential * tendency to have lay offs/ redundancy * office politics will prohibit your promotion/ growth * work hours is not followed * selective perks are given to selective members * no clear direction coming from leadership (prioritization tends to changes drastically) Summary: My experience with the company started off great with leaders looking after their team members. As management changed, so did the oversight on employee care/management. Employee number 1 led to resign and then following that led to lay offs/redundancies which are hard to understand since management tends to change the narrative. during US team trips to the Philippines, PH team are not are given separate accommodations while its counter parts are given individual rooms at more premium accommodations. Was greatly affected by the redundancy/lay off that had happened.

Leadership is indecisive, no job security

Pros

Salary is good. The people are ok despite high pressure to deliver.

Cons

Leadership often makes decisions based on trends rather than long-term strategy. They tend to change direction quickly, sometimes falling into sunk cost fallacy—pushing teams to deliver features that ultimately see no customer adoption despite significant effort. Frequent structural changes have led to job losses. For a company that’s been around for a while, the decisions often feel reactive and short-sighted. Raising concerns is discouraged. While they say they want people to “be part of the solution,” voicing dissenting opinions is often met with pushback or dismissal, leaving employees feeling silenced rather than empowered. Salary increases are minimal and slow. There’s no distinction between those who go the extra mile and those who just do the minimum—raises barely keep up with inflation. Job security is uncertain. Leadership has made it clear that “what the business needs, the business gets.” Even high performers are at risk if they fall out of favor. They claim to value feedback, yet employees who were let go were often blindsided—told only on their last day that their role has become redundant.
