Initial call with recruiter to learn more about the position and Garner Health. I met all requirements of the position, demonstrated my fit for the company and role, and felt that the call went well. The recruiter mentioned she would have a talk with the manager and would hear back from her the following day. However, did not hear any updates until the recruiter randomly surprised me that my qualifications do not align with the role! Absolutely ridiculous in this job market that recruiters here do not value a 100% match to the role! What else can we do?
I would not waste your time applying here. Hiring process is also more than 4+ rounds. The other reviews mentioning that this company is not transparent is 100% right. I could not even get an actual answer as to what part of my background was why they did not move me forward. I would not recommend anyone apply here.
