Thirty minute general interview covering experience in hospitality/tour etc, at the time there were no behavioral questions. The interview was followed by a tour around the facility to familiarize department location/office layout. Very casual overall.

Interview
The interview last less than 30-40 min and is very generic with questions regarding customer service skills. They to share examples and in the end they let you know what to expect next.
I went into the main office, told the CEO how much I loved travel, he talked about the mission of the company and how the pay works, I filled out an application and that was about it.
