Talked to a recruiter at a job fair and got a brief phone interview a few weeks later. They fly you to Omaha, put you in a nice hotel for the night, and a few people from the corporate office take all the interviewees out to dinner at a local restaurant. The next morning you will go to the corporate office and sit in on a meeting to begin with. Then, they put you in a room for 2 hours while interviewers rotate rooms. You will get 4 half-hour interviews. They are very friendly and down-to-earth people so don't be nervous about any of those prototypical difficult interview questions. After the interviews you go check out their trading floor for about half an hour. Finally, you go eat lunch in their dining room and then go home.
