It was a long drawn out process. Many interviews, last minute request for strategic planning presentation, senior leadership was not aligned going into the last interview which was unfortunate. They were all very nice but after such a long process, it would have been appropriate for them to acknowledge the amount of work that went into meeting their requests.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GeekHive in Jun 2021
Interview
Applied through LinkedIn, was contacted to complete a sort of a strategy and skillet test. After passing that, I had a remote panel interview. No real hard questions, just basic background and experience screening. After that another remote interview with upper management, again very easy softball questions.

Question 1
What was a time a project went south and how did you manage and correct it?

Interview
One of the interviewers was 10 minutes late. The questions were very sporadic and gave the impression that the company was chaotic. I had been told the interview would be an hour by HR, but at min 29 I was surprised when the interviewer said "well, that's our time!" and signed off. I saw red flags and went to go work for them anyways. Next time, I know that what you see in an interview carries over to the company.
