Zuerst ausführliches Telefoninterview (>1h) mit vielen Informationen und auch persönlichen Fragen (Hobbies, Ehrenamt), dadurch wirklich Interesse an der Person des Bewerbers erkennbar. Danach Gespräch vor Ort, viele klassische Bewerbungsfragen, aber sehr angenehm und wertschätzend
