Gemological Science International interview questions

Had a phone interview with recruiter and then scheduled an in-person interview with the cofounder. Everyone was nice and the interview went well but I didn’t hear back. I followed up twice and they said they were still going through the recruitment process. Bottom line, I don’t think they could reach my salary expectation. I got the impression that they expect employees to do overtime because they kept mentioning the hourly rate. Very unprofessional that they didn’t have the courtesy to let me know - therefore not the kind of company I would want to work in anyway.
