Interview
The interview was conducted through the phone. Scheduled online or through email. Most of the interview scheduling options were timed in the morning, but you'd just have to email the hiring manager if they could schedule a later time, at least until 5PM EST. Very friendly and nice.

Question 1
They asked you why you're interested in this internship, what your greatest accomplishment was, if you'd be comfortable writing for them on their website, using social media, possibly interviewing other authors. Told
work would be done through trello and communication would be done through e-mail.
You just need to show your eager about the internship and care about publishing/books.
Casual, over zoom, interviewer kind enough to give advice for future applications regardless of results
Technical difficulties on the interviewer's end, but otherwise, no issues with the process
Interested in getting to know you beyond you as an applicant
