I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at GenesisCare (West Palm Beach, FL) in Nov 2021
Interview
Interview with a recruiter. She was great, and passed me on to the hiring manager. We had a great conversation and she said she was moving me on to the next step. I didn’t hear back for a while so I reached out to the recruiter. She got back to me immediately and said I’d hear back soon. A week later and no communication, I reached out again. I also reached out to the hiring manager and got no response. About three weeks after I spoke to the hiring manager the recruiter got back to me and said they were going in another direction. I’m glad they did, since I wouldn’t want to work for a company that is so disorganized and misleads candidates.

Interview
Had an interview with the company recruiter and then she set up a virtual interview with two executives. Virtual interview lasted about an hour. All participants were timely. They said they would get back to me and ghosted me for 2 months. I finally received an email saying I didn’t get the position.
